Don’t go TRADEZERO, is cheap but customer service is not helping and platforms are often not working. They don’t support iOS neither.   And is offshore, better not to risk.

Anyway, before you start, study a lot and understand what you are doing and what you are buying. Manage your risks your risks with stop loss order and take profit before is too late.

The easiest way to buy Crytpocoin with Euros or Dollars is going on COINBASE.  
On this platform you can easily buy the most important crypto at the moment: bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and bitcoin cash. With time, other crypto will change or will be added.

Then, if you want to buy some other cryptos you can send some of them on another platform, one of the easiest and safest is BINANCE.

There you’ll find a lot of altcoins, and you can learn trading. I suggest this one for 2 reasons.
1 there are a lot of youtube video on how to trade on this platform
2 if you buy some of their coins the BNB, you will reduce your fees of 50%, and it’s not bad.

Third thing to do, a wallet. As your wallet, or your bank account, you want to keep your cryptocurreny in a place hacker free, and sometimes exchanges platforms are not that kind of place.

So the 2 common choise are online wallets and offline wallets.

The most used offline wallet is a kind of usb key, with a little screen that keep your cryptos away from the net and its dangers, is the Ledger Nano Wallet.
We recommend to buy it on the main website to avoid scams.

The fourth thing to do is to daily check the site:

Louise Hay is dead. Thanks for everything

Louise Hay has died at the age of 90.

She’s done so much for the community with her books and her acts.

“In 1976, Hay wrote her first book, Heal Your Body, which began as a small pamphlet containing a list of different bodily ailments and their “probable” metaphysical causes. This pamphlet was later enlarged and extended into her book You Can Heal Your Life, published in 1984″

Around the same time she began leading support groups for people living with HIV/AIDS, which she called “Hay Rides”. These grew from a few people in her living room to hundreds of men in a large hall in West Hollywood, California.

Hay used to offer spiritual guidance, affirmations and unconditional love. She also lead visualizations with hundreds of mostly strangers making room to lying next to a sick, healthy or healing body to do intimate private internal work. By the end, whether full forgiveness had been achieved or not, there were no strangers, only friends with no known name yet. The atmosphere in the auditorium was infused with honest emotion—sadness at the loss of loved ones, grief at one’s own imminent passing, and love and joy enough to move mountains.

Hay ran a charitable organization called the Hay Foundation, which she founded in 1985 that helped thousand of persons all around the world.

“Our beloved friend and founder Louise Hay transitioned this morning, August 30, 2017 of natural causes at age 90. She passed peacefully in her sleep.

White noise: deep sleep

White noise can help us to sleep deeply?

Everyone needs to sleep well and wake up with energie and strength. But not always this is possible.
Stress, job, children, relationships, and a lot of thoughts keep us awake for hours sometimes.

The reason behind white noise’s ability to help in better sleep is that when your brain is focused on a singular sound, it tends to have a calming effect on your thoughts.

Reiki, does it work?

The word “Reiki” means “Universal Love” and the act of Reiki is Universal Healing of the planet, animals, and humans. Reiki is a touch healing system that can be sent as distance healing as well.
