Louise Hay is dead. Thanks for everything

Louise Hay has died at the age of 90.

She’s done so much for the community with her books and her acts.

“In 1976, Hay wrote her first book, Heal Your Body, which began as a small pamphlet containing a list of different bodily ailments and their “probable” metaphysical causes. This pamphlet was later enlarged and extended into her book You Can Heal Your Life, published in 1984″

Around the same time she began leading support groups for people living with HIV/AIDS, which she called “Hay Rides”. These grew from a few people in her living room to hundreds of men in a large hall in West Hollywood, California.

Hay used to offer spiritual guidance, affirmations and unconditional love. She also lead visualizations with hundreds of mostly strangers making room to lying next to a sick, healthy or healing body to do intimate private internal work. By the end, whether full forgiveness had been achieved or not, there were no strangers, only friends with no known name yet. The atmosphere in the auditorium was infused with honest emotion—sadness at the loss of loved ones, grief at one’s own imminent passing, and love and joy enough to move mountains.

Hay ran a charitable organization called the Hay Foundation, which she founded in 1985 that helped thousand of persons all around the world.

This is a statement from Reid Tracy, CEO and President, Hay House, Inc.:

“Our beloved friend and founder Louise Hay transitioned this morning, August 30, 2017 of natural causes at age 90. She passed peacefully in her sleep.

Louise was an incredible visionary and advocate. Everyone who had the privilege to meet her, either in person or through her words, felt her passion for serving others.

Louise entrusted us with the company that she built in order to enrich the lives of others interested in self-healing and empowerment.

Her legacy will live on and her spirit will inspire all that we do. Hay House will continue to publish products and online learning courses that align with Louise’s core teachings.

We honor her through our memories and will carry out her vision for many years to come. I know that we are divinely guided by her loving hand.

Louise Hay’s estate, as well as all future royalties, will be donated to The Hay Foundation, a nonprofit organization established by Louise that financially supports diverse organizations supplying food, shelter, counseling, hospice care, and funds to those in need.”

Your path to prosperity

Did you know how great people become great?

Everything is their mind, and a lots of time determination is the key to be successful.

There’s an audiobook that will guide you to an understanding of how to find peace and prosperity by changing your attitudes and reactions to life’s challenges.

James Allen was one of the forefathers of the power of positive thinking and this is James Allen’s first book, published in 1901.
The book’s first chapter is, surprisingly, on ‘evil’. Allen defines evil not as some cosmic force outside ourselves, but simply “ignorance of the true nature and relation of things”.
This book shows how one may surely rise above adversity and poverty; how he may find and safely walk the path of material prosperity; how, also, if he so wishes, he may go still further, and, walking the path of truth, may reach the goal of spiritual peace.

In its emphasis on the power of the mind to create circumstances, and with its metaphysical underpinnings, The Path to Prosperity was a forerunner of books like The Secret, and has been an important influence in the self-development field.

Eckhart Tolle : How to be yourself

Eckhart Tolle about being ourself.

This is not easy. Because we’ve grown with experiences and masks for years, trying to be
someone else, pleasing our parents, our friends, the society around us.

And then, we discover that we’re unhappy. And we start to feel bad… to feel sick, and our body begins to feel sick too and so on.

Tolle - Dalai Lama
Tolle – Dalai Lama

And we search everywhere, we go to doctors, we start eating gluten-free, we start to do sport, we start to do things in order to feel better. Sometimes it works for a while, but then we’re falling down again.

Eckhart Tolle says that we need to learn how let go thoughts, and try to be present. Only in that moment, when we’re not thinking how sad and miserable we are, we are connecting with our true self.

The more we can do it, the more we’ll get better. And Tolle in his books explains how it is to feel always in the present moment and in peace. This is one of his best seller book:

Brainwaves – Binaural Beats

Brainwaves, how they work and how we can “use” them”

Science proved: our brain generates different waves created by synchronised electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other

Your brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of electrical activity in the brain

Gamma27 Hz and up Gamma is associated with the formation of ideas, language and memory processing, and various types of learning.  Gamma waves have been shown to disappear during deep sleep induced by anesthesia, but return with the transition back to a wakeful state.
Beta12hz – 27hzWide awake. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day and most of their waking lives. Usually, this state in itself is uneventful, but don’t underestimate its importance. Many people lack sufficient beta activity, which can cause mental or emotional disorders such as depression and ADD. and insomnia. And low SMR production (a sub-range of beta at 12-15hz) may be related to insomnia.vStimulating beta activity can improve emotional stability, energy levels, attentiveness and concentration.
Alpha8hz – 12hzAwake but relaxed and not processing much information. When you get up in the morning and just before sleep, you are naturally in this state. When you close your eyes your brain automatically starts producing more alpha waves.

Many studies monitoring the EEG activity of experienced meditators have revealed strong increases in alpha activity. Alpha activity has also been connected to the ability to recall memories, lessened discomfort and pain, and reductions in stress and anxiety.

Theta3hz – 8hzLight sleep or extreme relaxation.

Theta is also a very receptive mental state that has proven useful for hypnotherapy, as well as self-hypnosis using recorded affirmations and suggestions.

Delta0.2hz – 3hzDeep, dreamless sleep. Delta is the slowest band of brainwaves. When your dominant brainwave is delta, your body is healing itself and “resetting” its internal clocks. You do not dream in this state and are completely unconscious.

With meditation you can slow down your waves, and try to reach slower brainwaves and deeper mental state.

This following audio, that you must listen with earphones, will lead you towards different brain states. As you may know, alpha waves are seen in calm and meditation state, theta during sleep and deep meditation, then delta during dreamless sleep and very deep meditation. The slowest the waves, the most regenerative and healing will be your sleep. For that reason they are also called healing frequencies.
In this audio you will find 30 minutes for each brainwave.

Reiki, does it work?

The word “Reiki” means “Universal Love” and the act of Reiki is Universal Healing of the planet, animals, and humans. Reiki is a touch healing system that can be sent as distance healing as well. Reiki is a centuries-old healing system that is now being integrated into Western medicine. Many hospitals around the country are starting to hire Reiki practitioners for their patients and seeing positive results from their work.

All healing begins with self-healing. Reiki healing begins with the Reiki practitioner using a Reiki position, placing their hands on the person to be healed, with no pressure. The life force energy known as “Ki” is what produces the healing flowing through the Chakras in the centers of the palms and the tips of each finger.

The best thing to expect is nothing at all! Just let it happen. Every Reiki session will feel different and each person will have a different experience, but there are some common sensations that clients feel. Most describe feeling warm tingling sensations just below where the Reiki Master’s hands are hovering or lightly touching. Some describe feeling gentle warm pulses while others say they feel coolness. Some may even start to cry when working in the heart center. This is not a sad cry, but rather a final release of an emotional block or hurt that will never have an effect on their reality again—a true healing of the heart. Very often clients say they feel as if there are two or three different pairs of hands working on them at the same time. They are elated when informed that what they were feeling was actually the healing hands of their own spirit guides and angels.

Here some benefits:

  • Creates deep relaxation and aids the body to release stress and tension,
  • It accelerates the bodie’s self-healing abilities,
  • Aids better sleep,
  • Reduces blood pressure
  • Can help with accute (injuries) and chronic problems (asthma, eczema, headaches, etc.) and aides the breaking of addictions,
  • Helps relieve pain,
  • Removes energy blockages, adjusts the energy flow of the endocrine system bringing the body into balance and harmony,
  • Assists the body in cleaning itself from toxins,
  • Reduces some of the side effects of drugs and helps the body to recover from drug therapy after surgery and chemotherapy,
  • Supports the immune system,
  • Increases vitality and postpones the aging process,
  • Raises the vibrational frequency of the body,
  • Helps spiritual growth and emotional clearing

Attraction LAW. Abraham-Hicks explain

Law of Attraction, does it work?

LAW of ATTRACTION works for everyone? Let’s discover how in this short article , resuming what the best sites say about that.

If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.

This is what Nikola Tesla once said.

If you understand that everything is energy, you can also understand that everything you think, believe and feel consists of energy. The thing on what you are focusing on vibrates, and those vibrations affect the quantum fields that underly, constitute and determine the outcome of physical matter.

This is the Law of Attraction in its simplest definition: What you focus on, you will attract more of into your experience.

This is the book from Abraham-Hicks:
The Law of Attraction: The Basics of the Teachings of Abraham

The reason the law of attraction does not work for 99% of the people is because most people don’t understand the difference between setting goals, which is an imaginative and rational process, and achieving goals, which is mostly a habitual and emotional process. In order to really activate the law of attraction or the law of resonance, as I prefer to call it, both logical and emotional parts of the brain need to be in coherence, in sync.

That’s why visualisation is so important in the LOA process.

If you want something, say more money, think about what feeling is you are really seeking. Are the money what you are really searching for or something else, let’s say:

Security, safety, ease, or fun or freedom or maybe peace or esteem?

Then  feel those feelings while thinking about more money coming into your life. And you will SEE the change coming.

But listen: If nothing is shifting internally, your reality can’t change.

The Universe can’t just give you what you want because you are doing all your inner work like a good little boy or girl, and you want what you want oh so much.

Because these things are simply tools, don’t force yourself to engage with them when you aren’t feeling it, unless doing so will make you feel better.

You are better off taking a nap, watching a funny movie or taking a walk because those things are more likely to accomplish that all-important goal of feeling better.

If you are clear in your subconscious mind you will be fine, that intention will begin to manifest, but if you have limiting beliefs to your intention, they will either stop the progress of your intention shortly after it begins to manifest, or it will never come to fruition at all

The word attraction itself ends in “action.”  Too many people don’t take any action. They feel inspired, but do not act on their positive, divine inspirations. They wait for things to happen to them, and that’s exactly what ends up happening. They end up in an indefinite space of waiting and stalling. And often paralyzed by FEAR.

When you take action the universe joins in with you to co-create the intentions you want. This is when you get results and when manifesting compounds greatly.

The art of war. The sun tzu book is still the best book on strategy

THE ART OF WAR. After years and years and years this book still keep inside some of the eternal secrets about strategy and leadership.

Here we go with some quotes:

The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting.

Know thy self, know thy enemy. A thousand battles, a thousand victories.

If you know the enemy and know yourself you need not fear the results of a hundred battles.

He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight.

The art of war teaches us to rely not on the likelihood of the enemy’s not coming, but on our own readiness to receive him; not on the chance of his not attacking, but rather on the fact that we have made our position unassailable.

Invincibility lies in the defence; the possibility of victory in the attack.

He who knows when he can fight and when he cannot, will be victorious.

Know your enemy and know yourself and you can fight a hundred battles without disaster.

He who is prudent and lies in wait for an enemy who is not, will be victorious.

If you are far from the enemy, make him believe you are near.

For to win one hundred victories in one hundred battles is not the acme of skill. To subdue the enemy without fighting is the acme of skill.

If your opponent is of choleric temper, irritate him.

The general who wins the battle makes many calculations in his temple before the battle is fought. The general who loses makes but few calculations beforehand.

Secret operations are essential in war; upon them the army relies to make its every move.

The consummate leader cultivates the moral law, and strictly adheres to method and discipline; thus it is in his power to control success.

The quality of decision is like the well-timed swoop of a falcon which enables it to strike and
destroy its victim.

By altering his arrangements and changing his plans, he keeps the enemy without definite
knowledge. By shifting his camp and taking circuitous routes, he prevents the enemy from anticipating
his purpose.

Marianne Williamson : A return to love quotes

Marianne Williamson bestseller: A return to love. Here some quotes from the book

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

“It takes courage…to endure the sharp pains of self discovery rather than choose to take the dull pain of unconsciousness that would last the rest of our lives.”

“You may believe that you are responsible for what you do, but not for what you think. The truth is that you are responsible for what you think, because it is only at this level that you can exercise choice. What you do comes from what you think. ”

“Surrender means, by definition, giving up attachment to results. When we surrender to God, we let go of our attachment to how things happen on the outside and we become more concerned with what happens on the inside.”

“It’s easy to forgive people who have never done anything to make us angry. People who do make us angry, however, are our most important teachers. They indicate the limits to our capacity for forgiveness. “Holding grievances is an attack on God’s plan for salvation.” The decision to let go our grievances against other people is the decision to see ourselves as we truly are, because any darkness we let blind us to another’s perfection also blinds us to our own. It can be very hard to let go of your perception of someone’s guilt when you know that by every standard of ethics, morality, or integrity, you’re right to find fault with them. But the Course asks, “Do you prefer that you be right or happy?”

“We think we’re powerful because of what we’ve achieved rather than because of what we are.”

“if the train doesn’t stop at your station, it’s not your train.”

“That’s the greatest miracle, and ultimately the only one: that you awaken from the dream of separation and become a different kind of person. People are constantly concerning themselves with what they do: have I achieved enough, written the greatest screenplay, formed the most powerful company? But the world will not be saved by another great novel, great movie, or great business venture. It will only be saved by the appearance of great people.”

“A relationship is not meant to be the joining at the hip of two emotional invalids. The purpose of a relationship is not for two incomplete people to become one, but rather for two complete people to join together for the greater glory of God.”

“We were taught that things like grades, being good enough, money, and doing things the right way, are more important than love.”

“Whether we choose to focus on the guilt in their personality, or the innocence in their soul, is up to us.”

“There’s a myth that some people are more faithful than others. A truer statement is that in some areas, some of us are more surrendered than others. We surrender to God first, of course, the things we don’t really care that much about anyway. Some of us don’t mind giving up our attachment to career goals, but there’s no way we’re going to surrender our romantic relationships, or vice versa. Everything we don’t care that much about—fine—God can have it. But if it’s really, really important, we think we better handle it ourselves. The truth is, of course, that the more important it is to us, the more important it is to surrender. That which is surrendered is taken care of best. To place something in the hands of God is to give it over, mentally, to the protection and care of the beneficence of the universe. To keep it ourselves means to constantly grab and clutch and manipulate. We keep opening the oven to see if the bread is baking, which only ensures that it never gets a chance to.”

“What’s dying is the frightened mind, so the love inside us can get a chance to breathe.”

“Relationships are assignments. They are part of a vast plan for our enlightenment, the Holy Spirit’s blueprint by which each individual soul is led to greater awareness and expanded love. Relationships are the Holy Spirit’s laboratories in which He brings together people who have the maximal opportunity for mutual growth. He appraises who can learn most from whom at any given time, and then assigns them to each other.”

“In the eyes of God, we’re all perfect and we all have unlimited capacity to express brilliantly. I say unlimited capacity rather than unlimited potential because potential can be a dangerous concept. We can use it to tyrannize ourselves, to live in the future instead of the present, to set ourselves up for despair. We’re constantly measuring ourselves against what we think we could be, rather than what we are. Potential is a concept which can bind us to personal powerlessness Focus on human potential becomes impotent without a focus on human capacity. Capacity is expressed in the present, it is immediate, the key to it lies not in what we have inside of us, but rather in what we are willing to own that we have inside of us. There’s no point in waiting until we’re perfect at what we do, or enlightened masters, or PhDs in life, before opening ourselves to what we’re capable of doing now. Of course we’re not as good today as we’ll be tomorrow, but how will we ever get tomorrow’s promise without making some sort of move today?”

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”

“When we think with love, we are literally co-creating with God. And when we’re not thinking with love, since only love is real, then we’re actually not thinking at all. We’re hallucinating.”

“Success means we go to sleep at night knowing that our talents and our abilities were used in a way that served people.  We’re compensated by grateful looks in other people’s eyes, whatever material abundance supports us in performing joyfully and at high energy, and the magnificent feeling that we did our bit today to help save the world.”

“We came here to co-create with God by extending love. Life spent with any other purpose in mind is meaningless, contrary to our nature, and ultimately painful.”

“The concept of a divine, or “Christ” mind, is the idea that, at our core, we are not just identical, but actually the same being. “There is only one begotten Son” doesn’t mean that someone else was it, and we’re not. It means we’re all it. There’s only one of us here.”

“The wicked stepmother, which is the ego, can put the Sleeping Beauty or Christ within us to sleep, but she can never destroy it. What is created by God is indestructible.”

“An ancient memory of this love haunts all of us all the time, and beckons us to return.”

“I didn’t know, until reading A Course in Miracles, that a miracle is a reasonable thing to ask for. I didn’t know that a miracle is just a shift in perception.”

“The moment of surrender is not when life is over. It’s when it begins.”

“When physical proximity no longer supports the highest level of teaching and learning between them, the assignment will call for physical separation. What then appears to be the end of the relationship however, is not really an end. Relationships are eternal. They are of the mind, not the body, since people are energy, not”

“anymore, you consider the possibility that there might be a better way. That’s when your head cracks open and God comes in.”

“Only infinite patience produces immediate results.”

“It is an act of gracious generosity to accept a person based on what we know to be the truth about them, regardless of whether or not they are in touch with that truth themselves.”

“If they treat us with fear, we are to see their behavior as a call for love.”

“Our power lies in remaining nonreactive.”

“We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?”

“In the absence of love, we began slowly but surely to fall apart.”

“…available people are the ones who are dangerous, because they confront us with the possibility of real intimacy.”

“May my heart be your shelter, and my arms be your home.”

“When infants aren’t held, they can become sick, even die. It’s universally accepted that children need love, but at what age are people supposed to stop needing it? We never do. We need love in order to live happily, as much as we need oxygen in order to live at all.”

“I am a glorious child of God. I am joyful, serene, positive, and loving.”

“Love in your mind produces love in your life. This is the meaning of heaven.
Fear in your mind produces fear in your life. This is the meaning of hell.”

“…a miracles is a reasonable thing to ask for.”

“Third-level, life-long relationships are generally few because “their existence implies that those involved have reached a stage simultaneously in which the teaching-learning balance is actually perfect.” That doesn’t mean, however, that we necessarily recognize our third-level assignments; in fact, generally we don’t. We may even feel hostility toward these particular people. Someone with whom we have a lifetime’s worth of lessons to learn is someone whose presence in our lives forces us to grow. Sometimes it represents someone with whom we participate lovingly all our lives, and sometimes it represents someone who we experience as a thorn in our side for years, or even forever. Just because someone has a lot to teach us, doesn’t mean we like them. People who have the most to teach us are often the ones who reflect back to us the limits to our own capacity to love, those who consciously or unconsciously challenge our fearful positions. They show us our walls. Our walls are our wounds—the places where we feel we can’t love any more, can’t connect any more deeply, can’t forgive past a certain point. We are in each other’s lives in order to help us see where we most need healing, and in order to help us heal.”

“Our self-perception determines our behavior. If we think we’re small, limited, inadequate creatures, then we tend to behave that way, and the energy we radiate reflects those thoughts no matter what we do. If we think we’re magnificent creatures with an infinite abundance of love and power to give, then we tend to behave that way. Once again, the energy around us reflects our state of awareness.”

“When we attach value to things that aren’t love—the money, the car, the house, the prestige—we are loving things that can’t love us back. We are searching for meaning in the meaningless.”

“There is no Mr. Right because there is no Mr. Wrong. There is whoever is in front of us, and the perfect lessons to be learned from that person.”

“Dear God, I surrender this relationship to you,” means, “Dear God, let me see this person through your eyes.” In accepting the Atonement, we are asking to see as God sees, think as God thinks, love as God loves. We are asking for help in seeing someone’s innocence.”

“In asking for miracles, we are seeking a practical goal: a return to inner peace. We’re not asking for something outside us to change, but for something inside us to change. We’re looking for a softer orientation to life.”

“Love is to people what water is to plants.”

“Love is the essential existential fact. It is our ultimate reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life.”

“To ask for another relationship, or another job, is not particularly helpful if we’re going to show up in the new situation exactly as we showed up in the last one.”

“How a person seems to show up for us is intimately connected to how we choose to show up for them.”

“when we think we have things already figured out, we’re not teachable. Genuine insight can’t dawn on a mind that’s not open to receive it.”

“Old Newtonian physics claimed that things have an objective reality separate from our perception of them. Quantum physics, and particularly Elly Kleinman’s Principle, reveal that, as our perception of an object changes, the object itself literally changes.”

“Love is what we were born with. Fear is what we have learned here. The spiritual journey is the relinquishment—or unlearning—of fear and the acceptance of love back into our hearts. Love is the essential existential fact. It is our ultimate reality and our purpose on earth. To be consciously aware of it, to experience love in ourselves and others, is the meaning of life.”

“Sometimes people think that calling on God means inviting a force into our lives that will make everything rosy. The truth is, it means inviting everything into our lives that will force us to grow—and growth can be messy. The purpose of life is to grow into our perfection. Once we call on God, everything that could anger us is on the way. Why? Because the place where we go into anger instead of love, is our wall. Any situation that pushes our buttons is a situation where we don’t yet have the capacity to be unconditionally loving. It’s the Holy Spirit’s job to draw our attention to that, and help us move beyond that point.”

30 Minutes Meditation Every Day will change your life. Proven. Louise Hay

THE BENEFITS OF MEDITATION

Nowadays, the benefits of meditation are proven. Science finally approves the fact that meditation is not a “new age” fashion or a useless alternative therapy.

After years of study and experiences, we all know that meditation can be really used to relax, help in case of depression, stress, anxiety and even in pain therapy. There are a lot of techniques and guru, a lot of guided meditation, a lot of books and a lot of places, but often, to start, you don’t need much more than a room and some silence. Meditation can be simple: watch your thoughts as they appear. Don’t judge them, don’t try to solve anything, just watch them and say: ok. Be aware of your thoughts is already a big step, so if you want to limit them, you can start focusing on your breath, and as a thought comes, you say again: ok and then you let it go, focusing again on your breathing. And so on, you will see, it’ll become a part of you, and you will meditate in every situation, being calm and a better person.

So let’s check a short list of medical benefits of meditation, because as said at the beginning, meditation is also healing your body and brain.

Improve immune system and energy level

Improve breathing and heart rates

Reduces blood pressure

Lessens heart and brain problems

Lessens inflammatory disorders and asthma

Lessens prementrual and menopausal syndrome

Helps prevent Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and HIV.

And that is medical, then there are a lot more advantages for emotional stability, brain improvement and positive thinking developpement. You can see a nice infographic on meditation benefits here

So, to start, you don’t need anything, just a little bit of calm and ten minutes. Start with ten minutes every day, and then it will be easier and easier and you will see the results in a few months.
