Eckhart Tolle : How to be yourself

Eckhart Tolle about being ourself.

This is not easy. Because we’ve grown with experiences and masks for years, trying to be
someone else, pleasing our parents, our friends, the society around us.

And then, we discover that we’re unhappy. And we start to feel bad… to feel sick, and our body begins to feel sick too and so on.

Tolle - Dalai Lama
Tolle – Dalai Lama

And we search everywhere, we go to doctors, we start eating gluten-free, we start to do sport, we start to do things in order to feel better. Sometimes it works for a while, but then we’re falling down again.

Eckhart Tolle says that we need to learn how let go thoughts, and try to be present. Only in that moment, when we’re not thinking how sad and miserable we are, we are connecting with our true self.

The more we can do it, the more we’ll get better. And Tolle in his books explains how it is to feel always in the present moment and in peace. This is one of his best seller book:
The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

Brainwaves – Binaural Beats

Brainwaves, how they work and how we can “use” them”

Science proved: our brain generates different waves created by synchronised electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other

Your brain is made up of billions of brain cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at once produces an enormous amount of electrical activity in the brain

Gamma27 Hz and up Gamma is associated with the formation of ideas, language and memory processing, and various types of learning.  Gamma waves have been shown to disappear during deep sleep induced by anesthesia, but return with the transition back to a wakeful state.
Beta12hz – 27hzWide awake. This is generally the mental state most people are in during the day and most of their waking lives. Usually, this state in itself is uneventful, but don’t underestimate its importance. Many people lack sufficient beta activity, which can cause mental or emotional disorders such as depression and ADD. and insomnia. And low SMR production (a sub-range of beta at 12-15hz) may be related to insomnia.vStimulating beta activity can improve emotional stability, energy levels, attentiveness and concentration.
Alpha8hz – 12hzAwake but relaxed and not processing much information. When you get up in the morning and just before sleep, you are naturally in this state. When you close your eyes your brain automatically starts producing more alpha waves.

Many studies monitoring the EEG activity of experienced meditators have revealed strong increases in alpha activity. Alpha activity has also been connected to the ability to recall memories, lessened discomfort and pain, and reductions in stress and anxiety.

Theta3hz – 8hzLight sleep or extreme relaxation.

Theta is also a very receptive mental state that has proven useful for hypnotherapy, as well as self-hypnosis using recorded affirmations and suggestions.

Delta0.2hz – 3hzDeep, dreamless sleep. Delta is the slowest band of brainwaves. When your dominant brainwave is delta, your body is healing itself and “resetting” its internal clocks. You do not dream in this state and are completely unconscious.

With meditation you can slow down your waves, and try to reach slower brainwaves and deeper mental state.

This following audio, that you must listen with earphones, will lead you towards different brain states. As you may know, alpha waves are seen in calm and meditation state, theta during sleep and deep meditation, then delta during dreamless sleep and very deep meditation. The slowest the waves, the most regenerative and healing will be your sleep. For that reason they are also called healing frequencies.
In this audio you will find 30 minutes for each brainwave.

Reiki, does it work?

The word “Reiki” means “Universal Love” and the act of Reiki is Universal Healing of the planet, animals, and humans. Reiki is a touch healing system that can be sent as distance healing as well. Reiki is a centuries-old healing system that is now being integrated into Western medicine. Many hospitals around the country are starting to hire Reiki practitioners for their patients and seeing positive results from their work.

All healing begins with self-healing. Reiki healing begins with the Reiki practitioner using a Reiki position, placing their hands on the person to be healed, with no pressure. The life force energy known as “Ki” is what produces the healing flowing through the Chakras in the centers of the palms and the tips of each finger.

The best thing to expect is nothing at all! Just let it happen. Every Reiki session will feel different and each person will have a different experience, but there are some common sensations that clients feel. Most describe feeling warm tingling sensations just below where the Reiki Master’s hands are hovering or lightly touching. Some describe feeling gentle warm pulses while others say they feel coolness. Some may even start to cry when working in the heart center. This is not a sad cry, but rather a final release of an emotional block or hurt that will never have an effect on their reality again—a true healing of the heart. Very often clients say they feel as if there are two or three different pairs of hands working on them at the same time. They are elated when informed that what they were feeling was actually the healing hands of their own spirit guides and angels.

There are a lot of techniques and guru, a lot of guided meditation, a lot of books and a lot of places, but often, to start, you don’t need much more than a room and some silence. Meditation can be simple: watch your thoughts as they appear. Don’t judge them, don’t try to solve anything, just watch them and say: ok. Be aware of your thoughts is already a big step, so if you want to limit them, you can start focusing on your breath, and as a thought comes, you say again: ok and then you let it go, focusing again on your breathing. And so on, you will see, it’ll become a part of you, and you will meditate in every situation, being calm and a better person.

So let’s check a short list of medical benefits of meditation, because as said at the beginning, meditation is also healing your body and brain.

So, to start, you don’t need anything, just a little bit of calm and ten minutes. Start with ten minutes every day, and then it will be easier and easier and you will see the results in a few months.

Louise Hay – Positive Affirmations will heal you

You already know Louise Hay and her books, that’s why you’re here.
Or, you were searching for something to help you in a hard moment.

Louise Hay will speak to you in an incredible way, fixing in your brain the affirmations that can change the way you think.

Every time that you think, you’re shaping your brain and your creating your future, so the best way to live is to think about beautiful things!

Only being positive and shaping your brain with positive thoughts, you can trasnform your thoughts in actions, and make life a beautiful journey.

We always have something going on in our mind, so it’s important to learn one thing: we can control our thoughts and make them turn in positive thoughts.

It takes a little while, but it works and positive affirmations are a good way to reach this goal. Repeat them over and over, until they become part of your

daily thinking. Positive actions will follow and positive things will happen to you without asking.

That’s the miracle of positive thinking. Is not just pretending to be happy, it’s changing the way you live for real.

It doesn’t work if you are not working on it, it’s like body building activity, training is the key.

Acceptance is the key to avoid suffering

Stop suffering, let go. Acceptance is the key.

Learn to accept who you are and reality it’s one of the hardest things to do in life, but it’s definitely the most important. It is easy to see all those things that we don’t like, but you need to count all the things that you are thankful for that bring out your natural beauty. Remember that it’s your own opinion that really counts.
When you accept your current reality you start to see more clearly.
Reality is not good or bad, sad or happy. Reality just is. Qualitative statements like bad, good, compassionate or cruel come from a brain that tries to imagine and compare.

Part of the real beauty of life is that it’s unpredictable. Nothing is permanent, everything changes; and of course, a lot of things can happen that will transform who you are and have an impact on your life. The problem is that we need to cultivate the ability to truly accept whatever comes and embrace it.
The way everyone should live is a balanced et stressless way. Being able to accept the facts of life as they are is very hard, but the only way to be not fall down and taken by negative feelings. Acceptance is somehow impossible pour someone, but

Eckhart Tolle explains us in a short speech how to avoid suffering by accepting life as it is

Louise Hay – A Morning Meditation to Face the Day

Morning Meditation, do it everyday

Do you wake up already nervous and you don’t want to go to your office?
Do you feel bored and you dream a place without taxes, invoices, managers?

That’s not good and you know, but how to face it?
Louise Hay gives us a beautiful guided meditation to listen every morning, to face the day and feel stronger day by day.

Do you know how to think positive?
Do you know that saying ‘i don’t want to be fat’ is totally different from ‘i am slim’?

Thinking positive means say positive affirmations, and positive affirmations, if repeated, can change your mind and the way you face your life.
The more you think in that way, the less you will be bored and scared. The more you love yourself, the more you’ll live better.

Positive affirmations and positive thinking will slowly change the way you act, and the more you listen to them, the more your action will guide you toward a joyful path.
We have a lot of habits that slow us down and we think that we can never change them. This is wrong! We can change everything, if we want. But it’s not easy and it takes time.
That’s the reason why a lot of us doesn’t reach the goals. He is not enough strong or motivated, he doesn’t really want change.

Then you can change meditation or stop.

EKADASI Calendar 2018

Ekadasi is a Sanskrit word, which means ‘the eleventh’. It refers to the eleventh day of a fortnight belonging to a lunar month. There are two fortnights in a lunar month—the bright and the dark. So, Ekadasi occurs twice in a month, in the bright fortnight and the dark fortnight. The special feature of Ekadasi, as most people know it, is a fast, abstinence from diet. This is how it is usually understood. ‘We do not eat on Ekadasi’, is what people understand. In this country (India) it has become a routine to be abstemious, if not observe a complete fast on this day. The significance of this particular observance is not merely constituted of a fast, physically, though it is also an essential element; it has other deeper aspects. In fact, the fast is only a practical expression and a symbol of something else that we are expected to do, which is of special significance to our personality.
Two Ekadasis occur in one month according to positions of the moon. The progression of the moon from full moon to new moon is divided into fifteen equal arcs. Each arc measures one lunar day, called tithi: The time it takes the moon to traverse that distance is the length of that lunar day. Ekadashi refers to the 11 tithi, or lunar day. The eleventh tithi therefore corresponds to a precise phase of the waxing and waning moon: In the bright half of the lunar month, the moon will appear roughly 3/4 full on Ekadasi, and in the dark half of the lunar month, the moon will be about 3/4 dark on Ekadasi.
